What’s your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 10 days. In most cases, we deliver much sooner—this time frame is just a precaution in case we’re managing a high volume of orders. Since we don’t keep ready stock and hand-pour each piece to order, we appreciate your patience and understanding!


How do you ensure safe delivery, and what if something breaks in transit?
We completely understand how fragile our products are. Every item is carefully packed by our team using protective materials, and our boxes are heavily padded to minimize the risk of breakage.

In the rare event that something does get damaged during shipping, don’t worry—we’ll make it right! Just send us clear photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving your package, and we’ll send a replacement. Your satisfaction truly means the world to us.


What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

At Solane Studio, each item is made with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are handmade and often customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Returns
We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are only applicable if the product you received is damaged during delivery or significantly different from your order.
• To request an exchange, contact us via Instagram DM or email with your order number, photos, and details.
• Once approved, you will need to return the unused item in its original packaging within 5 days.

Non-Exchangeable Items
• Customized or personalized products (e.g., candle bouquets with chosen scents/colors).
• Sale or clearance items.

Important Notes
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

 


Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts on bulk orders! That said, as a small-batch brand with limited moulds, the discount may vary depending on the product and the quantity you’re looking for. Feel free to reach out with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Why are there extra charges for scented candles?
Our candles are primarily designed for decorative use, so we keep them unscented by default to help them maintain their shape and longevity. However, we do offer the option to make them scented—for an additional charge.

While we recommend keeping them unscented for durability, the choice is entirely yours!
